Mixed review - lack of communication between departments and lack of communication between agents and customers. Vehicle was not properly cleaned even after delivery. Agent mislead us with information abo and lack of communication between agents and customers. Vehicle was not properly cleaned even after delivery. Agent mislead us with information about vehicles on the lot. Not to mention bouncing from building to building for each department we needed to see (dealer, accessories, financing and then finally back to the building to run CC for down payment). The 1 bright spot was having friendly people to assistyou (once you were able to find them). More
