I worked closely with Lester Soto who was just a fantastic salesperson--he created a no pressure environment, was highly helpful as I navigated decisions (i.e. here are the tradeoffs I typically see between X/Y), and ensured that I could speak with my wife privately before making a final offer. I felt like Lester really cared about my needs and wanted to ensure that I walked away with the right car. Even though this was one of the busiest car buying weekends of the year, I never felt rushed or like they were pressuring me to close the deal. From start to finish it was AMAZING. More
