Patience and attentive, those were the key impression I received from my last new car buying experience at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Both the sales person and the financing staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They listen to your needs. There was no pushing on the sales with additional options, only suggestions. It was truly a straight forward sale based on what the customer really needs. It is worth mentioning that the sales person spent way over an hour to go over the key operations of the vehicle upon delivery until very late of the evening, along with the financing staff who waited on us patiently. I came in knowing exactly what i wanted, and David Quach was quick in letting me te made sure to talk to me and ask if i was finding everything okay. I came in knowing exactly what i wanted, and David Quach was quick in letting me test drive and showing me all of the unique features that made me fall in love with the car even more ❤️ Within 24 hours of looking at the car, they got all of the paperwork ready for me and I was able to pick up my car the next day. Tari was also really helpful in the process and making sure I was approved and within my price range. I was also told to mention Tony and Brian who i’m sure helped behind the scenes get me my dream car since I was 16! 6 years of hard work and honda made my dream come true!!! More
