We had been discussing the purchase of a Ford Edge, but hadn't taken time to make it happen. I started texting with Dave around 4:00 the day before we were to leave. He replied quickly with what I needed to do online and promised to have my new car gassed up and ready for the road trip the next day. I was SHOCKED when that actually happened!! I rolled out of Kisselback -in pouring rain, but I was dry- in my new Edge less than 24 hours after that first text. FYI - I left my 10 year old VW with a shower current taped to the incapacitated window and never looked back. Thank you to Dave, Tammy, and the whole Kisselback team for making this happen. We are life-long customers!! More
