I went to heritage Toyota looking for a RAV4 hybrid I saw on that car app. When I went inside the building, I was greeted by Alec Thompson, a Sales and Leasing Consultant. I suppose it is not unusual for on that car app. When I went inside the building, I was greeted by Alec Thompson, a Sales and Leasing Consultant. I suppose it is not unusual for customers to be suspicious of a car salesperson because of the negative stereotypes associated with the profession. From the start, Alec made me feel like I was a rockstar and was there to make my car buying experience seamless. The gentleman was polite, respectful and not at all pushy. He explained the hybrid process in great detail on our test drive. He is a true stand-up professional. I took possession of my RAV4 Hybrid on Saturday, November 1 I would recommend Alec Thompson at Heritage Toyota to buy their next vehicle. He is truly exceptional. On a 1 to 10 scale, my car buying experience with Heritage was indeed a perfect 10. I should also mention David Randolph, the Finance Manager. He was instrumental in my vehicle buying process having worked out the great numbers we could live with. David and Alec both, no question make Heritage Toyota a worthwhile dealership to visit to purchase your next car. More

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my car. The sales person (Alec), especially my salesperson, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the right vehicle that fit my needs, and made sure the test drive and negotiation went smoothly. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty — it made the entire buying process stress-free. However, my experience with the finance department wasn’t as positive. The finance representative I worked with seemed inexperienced and uncertain about several key details. It took much longer than expected to finalize the paperwork, and some explanations about the financing options lacked clarity. While everything eventually got sorted out, it did make the closing process less enjoyable compared to the excellent service I received from the sales team. Overall, I’m very happy with the car and truly appreciate the great work from the sales side, but I hope the dealership can improve training and communication in the finance department to make the experience smoother for future customers. More
