Had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived for appointment I was told it would be 5 to 6 hours to get a simple oil change. Why schedule an appointment if a customer has to wait 5 or 6 hours to get oil change. If I wanted that I would just be a drive up customer. Please correct this issue More
