Ok, here's the issue. You finished building the new service center but didn't tell me. I dropped the car off at the VW? place and then when I went to get the car I had t You finished building the new service center but didn't tell me. I dropped the car off at the VW? place and then when I went to get the car I had to go next door on a very cold day. When I managed to get over there I was initially charged $94. This was corrected and ultimately free. So that's fine. But tell your customers for the next year they need to go to the new place. More
