This dealership runs deceptive adds on their website. They currently offer a transmission fluid exchange for $189.95. To be fair the add states starting at $189.95. I have a 2014 Nissan Altima that I bought new from the dealership and went there today to have the transmission serviced. Much to my surprise the service technician told me the price would be $340 and was so proud to tell me that the add said starting at! It was a gotch you moment for him. I explained that I was aware of the qualifying comment but why would my service be so much more? I was told because the price is not for CVT transmissions. My problem with this is that Nissan has only made cars with CVT transmissions since the early 2000's unless you were purchasing a truck. In the add there is a picture of three individuals behind three Nissan vehicles which all have CVT transmissions! If the add doesn't apply to CVT transmissions it should have stated that on the coupon! They also send out ads offering a battery for (Starting at) $115.00. That's another deception. no such batter exists for my car anywhere near that price. I'm at a loss at how Nissan and Suntrup would send out such deceptive adds to their customers. Nissan was once a brand that I believed in, but no more and I trust their Suntrup dealership even less. More
