BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I never like going to the dealer, I usually get the "she's a girl & doesn't have a clue" treatment, sitting there for hours, no one talking to me, tel I never like going to the dealer, I usually get the "she's a girl & doesn't have a clue" treatment, sitting there for hours, no one talking to me, telling me what's going on. This time was different. I had researched some cars online for about 2 weeks, narrowed it down to 2 types of cars & went on the hunt. I did most of my research online, comparing this to that, was looking for a reasonable priced car, that fit my personality & was great on gas. I was contacted by the internet sales manager David Aguilar & went to meet him & take a test drive. David was so awesome! He took time to explain everything, the difference in the cars, price, we went driving around & he really knew about the car. I wasn't planning on buying the car that day as I was in an accident & was waiting for the insurance to settle so I explained it to him & said I will be back. I didn't get any phone calls or emails bugging the crap out of me, begging me to come back, which I completely appreciate it. I think that is what made my final decision, as there are many other dealers calling & emailing me constantly that I have asked them to stop contacting me & they won't stop, completely annoying! I will never do business w/ any of those people! I do not want to be pressured into anything, when I am ready I will do what I need to do. I came back a couple of days later just to pick up a Purchase Order for the bank, long story, regardless, I was there for a while & we were talking about price & how I could do it w/ no money down (another long story) & there was an APR war between them & the Credit Union & I won for sure. David took time to tell me all the options, talk to my loan manager at the bank, gave me some frozen water ;) (a little joke). I decided ok maybe I can swing this so I talked to the finance manager Kevin Lee & he was very helpful & had a lot of information, he also threw a highlighter at me, (another little joke) :). All was good & I ended up going home w/ a brand new red Elantra. I have never met a car dealer that knew every inch of the car, he helped me set up the XM radio, the bluetooth feature w/ my phone, adjusted my car seat, showed me every knob & switch in the car, pulled down the back seats, showed me the engine & where everything was, opened the trunk & showed me the emergency flat tire fix it thingy, so much knowledge & he took the time to do this, I have never in my life had anyone do this w/ me! I LOVE THAT! After I was done w/ Kevin, David had this presentation w/ all the manuals set up. It was cool, he went through the manual to tell me when to service the car, how the XM works, roadside assistance, warranty etc. Really thorough! When he was telling me about the roadside assistance I asked what can they do & he said pretty much anything (unlike AAA, which I'm gonna dump like a hot potato) & I said, "will they drive me home when I'm drunK" he jokingly said no, call me I will! Ha, ha too funny. What a great guy! He took me to the service dept. I met the Service Manager Chris Lopez, they told me where to bring my car, how long it would take for an oil change, how much it would cost. David gave me a tour around the whole place including the store, introduced me to everyone & told me to call the head boss to tell him my story (I'm wokring on that). I have never had anyone do that for me before! In conclusion, it was the best experience I have ever had a dealer & I have been to many, Chevy, Pontiac, Carmax, Ford, Kia & NONE of them compare to Hyundai Cerritos. I love my car! They have called me for a follow up to make sure I love my car, who does that? Hyundai Yesseritos! More

We have had our share of visits to dealers and this one by far was the best. I told them exactly what we need, and what we wanted and they went straight to work. Really made us feel comfortable from the beginning. We were in and out. These guys know exactly what they are doing. Manuel Vazquez was very helpful and knew exactly what he has talking about, and understood us from the beginning. Then David Rosas was able to help us get the deal done. Great team, and for the first time we felt like we were on the same team. I would definitely recommend this dealer, especially these two guys to friends and family. As a matter a fact, I will definitely be back here for my next car. Love the overall Hyundai experience, and these guys just brought it all together. Thanks again Manuel and David, we love the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this employee ( Frank Martins ) to my family and friends. Frank Martins answered all of my questions and knew a lot of information about the vehicle. I am writing this review because I have never felt so great about leaving a dealership until I left this one. The management seems to be doing an amazing job. I will refer everyone I know to go there up to this point. More

Within an hour, David contacted me to discuss my application. By the afternoon, David made arrangements to have Jorge drive to my work and pick me up. He was a very humble guy that took the time to provide exceptional customer service by explaining my options without being pushy. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. He set the standard for what buying a new car should be. Even after the sale, I received a follow up call to make sure I was comfortable with my car and that I was familiar with my new Sonata's many features. I appreciate the extra effort from everyone at the dealership, especially Vito. Kudos! More

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Azera and absolutely love the car and enjoyed the car shopping experience. Alex Fuller, the salesman, did a great job. He was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable abo love the car and enjoyed the car shopping experience. Alex Fuller, the salesman, did a great job. He was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. David, the floor manager, was patient and NOT pushy when it came to talking numbers. He explained the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing. He slowly explained how leasing works and why it worked for me. After signing the paperwork, Alex helped me setup my technology features and went over nearly aspect of the car. This was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Unlike other locations, Cerritos Hyundai really did seem to "value the experience." More

Short version: Took the car to get the problem fixed that was not caused by me. in the end, nothing has fixed and probably will not get fixed by the dealer. Longer version:I purchase silver 2013 Genesis C was not caused by me. in the end, nothing has fixed and probably will not get fixed by the dealer. Longer version:I purchase silver 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track through Cerritos Dealer on 13 Oct 2013. Like any purchasing a vehicle experience, I was nervous yet excited about my car. I inspected the car the exterior of the car and i did not find any problem at first. I had to leave to vegas that evening so I did not have any time to inspect it even throughly of the car. Week after I purchase when Vegas was warm and sunny, I noticed couple things about my car being out of place. There was a window streak on my passenger side (problem solved), rear bumper (fender) had a gap, and the trunk was misaligned. Those things are hard to tell when you inspect the car and the car is being silver. So I went to investigate to see what has happened. I did not get hit nor got into accident causing the gap and the trunk to be misaligned. So i contacted Manny (Salesman) to see whats up and if he can help me out with it. He said bring it down to Cerritos Hyundai and everything will be taken care of. So I did. This past weekend (26-28 Oct 2013), I took the car for repair/inpsection of the car. Service department had my car for good 5 hours and I had to call about the status of my car before they close. Service department was managed to get the window streak problem solved, but not other two. They have somehow managed to find a scratch in the rear bumper which cause the rear bumper clip to be broken. This is causing the bumper to show gap whenever the outside gets warm. So service advisor told me to come in monday at 0700 to explain to me what has going on and the options to fix the problem. So on sunday, I went to dealer to see Manuel, and he was there and he promised to help me out with the problem and taken care of. He even told me that he will come in at 0700 to help with the problem I had and to discuss what were our options about it. So Monday 0700, I get there and Chris and Manuel is nowhere to be found as well. 10 minutes later, Chris comes to work, and he got my car. He discussed about there was a scratch and that has caused the clip to be broken off which causes the gap in the rear bumper. He explained to be that this is not cover by factory warranty so someone will have to pay out of my pocket to fix the problem regarding the bumper. He said, the rear bumper needs to be replaced in order for the trunk and the gap to be fixed. He said that he would need a "due bill?" from the sales department in order for me not to pay from my own pocket. So I contacted Manuel and whereabouts. He is still at home sounded like he just woke up from his bed. They told me that the store manager needs to approve the due bill in order to be effective. I had to leave Socal no later than 0800 to vegas, so I had to take the car with me. Chris took some pictures of the damages and explained to me that he will talk to Manuel regarding the option of "due bill" from the sales department. Around 10 o clock this morning, Manuel called me saying that he had just reported work and asking where I was at. Yep, left Socal 2 hours ago. I thought our meeting time was at 0700 front of service department? Then, he said that he will going to talk to Chris about the problem and what they could do for me. Around 12, Manuel called again saying that they (service department maybe?) had submitted a ticket to hyundai for investigation regarding if this problem can solved under warranty or not and gave me the number to David Rosas (Manager) and told me to call him to see what is going on with the ticket that was submitted to Hyundai. Around 1430, Called David Rosas regarding the problem and what was the status on it. Apparently, he didn't get the memo regarding the ticket, but did talk to Chris about the problem. He said, if it is clip that has broken off, we can do it for you for free, but if the bumper needs to be replaced, we will give you discount on it. So in the end I will need to pay out of my pocket to fix the problem regarding the rear bumper per service department. Thats not going to happen anytime soon. I did tell him that I can stop on Thanksgiving weekend to see what David can actually do for me. He said that he will need to see it in person to see what is going on. Most guarentee, the dealer will probably going to keep the car over the weekend again, and saying "oh you will need to pay for the rear bumper. Also, we can't align the trunk until the rear bumper has been solved." So what do I get from this? Still misaligned trunk (they said they need to fix the rear bumper to fix the alignment of the trunk), still gap in the rear bumper, wasted whole weekend, trust bond between the seller and the buyer bond has been destroyed, and probably will not recommend anyone who is looking to buy Hyundai to buy at Hyundai Cerritos. Oh let me also add this, salesman kept pushing me to do the survey and giving him or dealer a good rating since the day I bought the car. Here you go Manuel, this is my rating to you and the rater. I hope you enjoy reading this. More
