Cerritos was the 3rd Hyundai dealership I visited, looking for a new Genesis. The first 2 dealerships, South Bay and Harbor, did not seem interested in selling me a car. One didn't even have a salesperson come out and greet me. I had to go to reception and ask for a salesperson. And the last one was not interested in negotiating with me, and allowed me to leave after talking with me for a matter of minutes. Maybe they didn't feel I was interested. Cerritos Hyundai had excellent service. Although our salesperson was rather new there, only 16 days in, he was very nice. I would say it helped him a lot that he didn't have to try to sell me the car, as I came with the intent of buying. On the other hand, David the Sales Manager was there trying to sell a car. He was more than willing to negotiate with me on my trade in (gave me higher than KBB Fair!!!) and give me the price I was looking for. Was there a little pressure to buy yesterday? Sure, that's their job... But they gave me my space and allowed me to return the next day with my wife, so she could test drive the car. They left us alone to talk after the test drive and then we were in and out of finance in less than 5 minutes! UNHEARD OF! I would definitely recommend Cerritos Hyundai to any prospective buyers. I would definitely look for David if you are looking to trade in a car. As for the dealership, bathrooms were very clean and the showroom was well kept. I would recommend a small popcorn machine for the kiddies! More

I just bought a sonata limited turbo with premium package and not only did they beat harbor hyundais, Tustin Hyundais and glendales hyundais price, They went beyond the call of duty and found the exact car I and not only did they beat harbor hyundais, Tustin Hyundais and glendales hyundais price, They went beyond the call of duty and found the exact car I wanted with all the features I wanted and despite the fact i am very difficult to work with they pushed through the end to make my purchase as best as possible. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new car and I recommend you speak to manuel who rushed in to help us unlike the ford next door and unlike the honda salesman who took us to see the used cars because i was dressed a little under he took me directly to the new sonatas. not to mention david the sales manager who worked out every little detail to make this a great purchase. Id also like to say to avoid the honda dealer never have i met such a rude salesperson in my life who didnt even know what cvt was. More

Having previously been with Infiniti, I was prepared to lower my expectations when it came to the level of customer service I should expect from Hyundai. Thus far, I've been very pleasantly surprised by t lower my expectations when it came to the level of customer service I should expect from Hyundai. Thus far, I've been very pleasantly surprised by the service I've received from their sales managers and service manager. Very friendly, respectful and believable when they tell you they appreciate my business. It's clear that Cerritos Hyundai is doing a great job in turning around the sub-par reputation that Hyundai once had. I'd happily recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More

What a great experience buying my hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe! I live in San Diego and wanted to purchase the 2.0T Premium in Circuit Silver. The problem? San Diego dealers have no inventory -- no Genesis Coupe! I live in San Diego and wanted to purchase the 2.0T Premium in Circuit Silver. The problem? San Diego dealers have no inventory -- no cars and no timeline for getting this model. After searching the Internet, I found two silvers, one at WIN Hyundai in El Monte and one at Cerritos Hyundai, which is much closer. All it took was a single phone call to Cerritos answered by super salesperson Jon Haidar. We did the lease deal by phone the night before and the rest is history. The numbers were well below two deals I worked out with San Diego dealers (and they still had to find a car!). Naturally -- based on Yelp reviews -- I was skeptical that the deal was the real thing and worried that the numbers would change once I drove 100 mi. to Cerritos. But what a nice surprise. By the time I arrived, Jon already had prepped the car and pre-populated my lease application with information I gave him on the drive up. A quick signature to run my credit and out popped the paperwork for my signature. The deal was real and I was one happy car buyer. No xx. Just a good old-fashioned bargain that is easly one of the top two car buying experiences of my life (I'm 58). I knew what a great lease price was on this car and Cerritos Hyunadi delivered. Also thanks to sales manager David Rosas who didn't screw around with me once I arrived. The price I was quoted by phone was the price I paid! I think this dealership respects people who do their homework and know what they want. I got a great deal. No xx. Just the real deal. More

After contacting a number of different Hyundai dealerships, Jeff Williams from Cerritos Hyundai was the most personable and friendly fleet manager to call me back. We talked briefly about the car my boyfriend and I were looking for, and Jeff was quick to already start negotiating with me on the phone to get me in to the dealership. We made it down to Cerritos a day later and had a great experience negotiating, buying and leaving with the exact car we were looking for. Cerritos was able to meet the price I was willing to pay when other dealerships were quick to cut me off and admit that they were more concerned about making the most off a 'one time customer' than establishing a relationship with the customer (to hopefully lead to other sales within their group of family and friends). Upon leaving the Cerritos dealership, we felt confident that we secured the best deal for our car and were satisfied that Cerritos Hyundai not only appreciated our first Hyundai purchase, but was interested in building a rapport with us in hopes that we will get our next Hyundai from them. In a few months we will be looking to purchase a Genesis and there is no doubt that we will find ourselves back at Cerritos Hyundai for that car. Thank you to Jeff, David and Javed! More
