We were surprised that he recognized us after 3 year and he greeted us as a good friends. David is very attentive, right to the point, very knowledgeable, friendly and open. He always has a personal touch with every customer. These qualities helped him build a great customer database worse of 9 years of hard work. That is why his customer always come back to him. He explained to us all new features the 2016 Civic has, negotiation was very easy, we didn't feel any pressure and he guided us through entire process with great patience and wisdom. Manager Roland Polanco came to great us and help through entire process. He was friendly, funny and both David and Ronald turn usually nerve wrecking process into enjoyable and easy chat. Adel Kamel from finance explained all paperwork that needed to be sign with a friendly smile. We were treated with a slice of pizza and coffee while we were waiting for our car to be ready. David Russo explained to us all car features passionately answering all our questions, he even set for us the Bluetooth. Overall we were very satisfied as everybody was so helpful and friendly and we drove home in the new car. I would highly recommend to all my friends who will search for a car to come to Garden State Honda to David Russo for pleasant and enjoyable experience. More

We showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Monday night, and the dedicated Staff including David Russo, Ed Gorham and Adel Kamel stayed until the deal was finished (10:30) and we were safely on our way home with a new Accord!
