Great Car Buying Experience We went to Garden City Honda initially to explore new cars. From the get-go, the Sales Consultant David Russo was professional dealing with us. Even t We went to Garden City Honda initially to explore new cars. From the get-go, the Sales Consultant David Russo was professional dealing with us. Even though we told him that we were exploring and comparing cars, he dealt with us professionally (with full effort and enthusiasm). The managers were equally professional and helpful. We then went to few other dealers around but when we told them we were exploring, we didn't get the same level of attention. We went to Garden City the second time to refine our choices. We got the same level of attention as the first visit but the environment became more friendly and homely. We didn't make any decisions on that visit and went to few more dealerships for other vehicle brands. On our third visit, we were in 'deal' mode as we had done our researches and seen alternatives. We went to Garden State as our first choice knowing very well, if we didn't get the deal we wanted, we would go to our second and third choices for same/similar vehicle type. David and his managers worked patiently and diligently in getting us the right car with the right features at the best price. It was a win-win type of deal where we were comfortable and walked out feeling good about our purchase. The only negative was that it took nearly four hours to finally get the deal done. I believe it can be done quicker but it could be part of how car dealerships work in general. Upon completion of the purchase, vehicle handover was fairly smooth and professional too. I recommend Garden State Honda to anyone looking for a friendly and professional car buying experience. More
