My experience with Miguel Cardenas was excellent! He was patient and helped explain each step of the process to us. We got a smoking hot deal on a Pre-Owned Tacoma. If you are not wearing a uniform and standing by yourself, every person will ask you if they can help. The sales managers, Tim Markle and Aldo were avaialable and addressed every question or concern with genuine care and made it right at every point. David and his manager Tommy in finance were great to work with. No hassles, no pressure, upselling was offered, but never pushy.
