Matt Unger changed my perspective on the "previously owned" car buying experience. He understood my budget goals, helped me and my wife navigate their buying process with clear communication, and didn't owned" car buying experience. He understood my budget goals, helped me and my wife navigate their buying process with clear communication, and didn't get hung up on silky negotiation tactics like days past when you had to go back and forth over a few hundred dollars. I've bought many cars in my 54 years and my dealings with Matt at Pat Lobb in McKinney were hands down the most honest and clear to date. I highly recommend Matt for your next new or gently used opportunity. Also, shout out to their mechanic team for fixing issues both they and I noticed with new parts! More
