Very disrespectful. Told me I had to run vehicle before checking oil. Check oil while warm which is a lie. Argumentative. Bad customer service. I've been coming to Alan Webb Chevrolet for all my oil changes and maintenance for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. They've been very helpful and I've appreciated the fact that they never made me feel stupid for not changes and maintenance for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. From Service to Sales to Financing,we had a great experience We brought our truck down to your dealership because we were told Dave Sailer was the best at finding problems under the hood. Though we live 3 hours away, he kept us in the loop. His customer service skills are great, making him easy to work with. When we decided it was time to get a "new to us " vehicle, he referred us to Jamie. Now there is a gal who has EXCELLENT communication skills. She asked pertanant questions to assess our needs, both financial and vehicle. She went on a mission to find what would best suit us, keeping us in the communication loop all the way.She sent pictures for us to review, answered all our questions, allowed a family member who lives in Battle Ground to test drive the vehicle for us. And when we came down to make the purchase, she had EVERYTHING lined up and ready for us to complete the purchase process. She is a delight and a great team player! Justin was our financial man. He too, is a good communicator, answering all our questions, searching where and how to make the purchase come within our budget needs. All three of these employees are great supporting the customer's needs and making us feel like we are the most important people during the process. We HIGHLY recommend Alan Webb Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are #1 in our experience!!!!! More
