I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They truly take care of their customers and make you feel like family. In January 2023, I purchased my 7th Subaru from them. Let’s start with our salesperson David Santiago Jr., he took care of all the paperwork, presented the deal in a fair and professional manner. Edwin Acevedo and Charles Gehris, Sales Managers went over all the figures and made sure that the car was what we were looking for. Josh Snell the General Manager went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of. Moving on to Financing David Santiago had all the paperwork ready and moved all our extended warranty services rebates over to the new car. Next, we were again introduced to our Service Team. I have primarily used Darlene Damming’s for the past couple of years. She has always made sure that any issues I had were properly addressed and taken care of. Every time I got my cars back from service, they were all clean and pristine with a thank you card set on the steering column. If she was not there, Natalie Deonath and Richard Andreala stepped in and provided the same outstanding service. Oh yes and let’s not forget Chris Damm, the Service Manager, he runs the service department and oversees this top-notch team. Every time I come in, he always makes it a point to come out of his office and say Hi and make sure that I am being well taken care of. Now this review may sound a bit over the top but let me assure you, it is far from that. If in doubt re-read the first sentence of this post. If you are in the Central Florida Area or for that matter anywhere in the State, you owe it to yourself to check out this dealership. Don’t take my word for it be your own judge and I can say without hesitation that you will come away feeling the same as me. More

This purchase was very specific as we needed a manual transmission in an Impreza or Crosstrek. I reached out to David via the website when I saw that they had or were getting one. At the time we still weren't 100% sure that we were going this route. David was so nice and patient, never pushy with us. When we decided he got everything going and even when there was a delay with it coming in he kept us in the loop. The day of delivery David worked with us until it was time to hand us off to Finance. David walked us around to meet everyone including Darlene in Service, showing us the service area. And when it was time to handle financing Angie from Finance was awesome, she explained everything and it was a smooth process. We love Subaru as this is our 4th one and David made it that much easier. More
