David Schaedler could not have been friendlier during the purchasing process. I appreciate the dealership's willingness to meet in the middle on price, to buffer exterior scratches, and touch up the door jam purchasing process. I appreciate the dealership's willingness to meet in the middle on price, to buffer exterior scratches, and touch up the door jam scratches. My three critiques are that: 1) I was surprised that the vehicle was turned over to me with less than a 1/2 tank of gas instead of a full tank, 2) it appeared that the vehicle's tires were changed by the dealership and came with a new tire warranty, but the warranty was retracted after indicating that I would receive it, and 3) I'm not a fan of the $199 'documentation fee' that feels like a hidden fee added on top.
