I came back, again! After dealing with David Schimmel the first time I needed a vehicle, I decided he would be my go too man for any further purchases. Unfortunately my wife’s car had died on us and the first man I called after being told the cost versus value was David. David immediately set up an appointment later on in the evening that was convenient to both my wife and I. We walked in to the dealership and met Mr Schimmel immediately. I explained to him our budget, wants and needs, and type of vehicle. He pulled up a list of vehicles that met our criteria. I picked a few out and we went for test drives. Not once did David seem upset I was taking multiple test drives or asking a million questions. After awhile, David and I agreed on the perfect vehicle. While doing the paperwork, David had the car detailed and washed so when I got in it, it felt as if I was in a new, never owned vehicle, and not a pre owned. Excellent service, excellent communication and excellent experience. I would recommend David to anyone. More

Pretty painless car buying experience I went with my mom when she went to test drive cars and wound up buying one myself. New Vehicle I showed up at this location thinking i probably couldn’t get anything done but was worth a shot. David immediately told me it was possible and he would do everything he could to get me into a better situation. Less than 4 hours later he followed through with that statement and the next day I signed paperwork on my brand new 2018 GMC Terrain. He answered every question I had, even the dumb ones. He allowed me to test drive different options and made sure I was not settling. Everyone at this location was friendly and welcoming. I am sending everyone in my family this way. More

This process to get a new car was very different from what I had been through before, so a lot was confusing and pretty overwhelming. For a fresh-out of college adult, I had to make some big decisions in just a few days. David and Keith were amazing. They were so patient with me and all the questions I had, and had no problem explaining and re-explaining things I didn't understand. They were honest and forthcoming with their opinions, which I appreciated. I could tell they were sincere and not trying to scam me. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people I interacted with. Brandon Manning helped me get the best quote for my new car, so he gets xxxxxxtoo! Even the people who opened the doors were friendly! Made my first time in a dealership a great one. Thank you all so much! More

Sale good \ Follow-up Not good David was great during the actual sale of the car a very nice Lexus but I pointed out that the was what was probably a "highspot" on one or both of th David was great during the actual sale of the car a very nice Lexus but I pointed out that the was what was probably a "highspot" on one or both of the front rotors since the car had a vibration or bump when applying the brakes. I asked if this could be taken care of by the dealer he replied that he didn't think his manager would go for it but that he would check, also I mentioned that there was only one key FOB but I said that it was a big deal and that I'd have to purchase another one. He told me that he would get me contact info of someone who could clone or get me one for cheaper than dealer prices. Once the sale went thru all contact stopped. So while I can't say I had a bad experience with the actual sale the follow-up does leave a lot to be desired but maybe that is there way. For the sale I would say yes I could recommend but just warn people to make sure all is ok prior to purchase More
