Great experience at this dealership. No non-sense approach, no pressure tactics, very flexible in hours and meeting times. Salesman very responsive to finding exactly what we were looking for and ve approach, no pressure tactics, very flexible in hours and meeting times. Salesman very responsive to finding exactly what we were looking for and very patient with us while working through the process. Vehicle was exactly what we wanted and met all of our needs. Would definitely recommend for those seeking Chevy vehicles and definitely will return in the future. More

This was my first visit to Heiser. Service was exceptional. I appreciated the time they took to explain everything from the financing to the details of the operation of our new vehicle. I walked into Heiser looking to buy a truck (Chevy Silverado or an Avalanche) and was introduced to Dave Shepard who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dave gave me plenty of space to wal Silverado or an Avalanche) and was introduced to Dave Shepard who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dave gave me plenty of space to walk around by myself and think (I don't like having salespeople breath down my neck trying to influence my thoughts and decisions), while still always being close by to answer questions and let me take a few test drives. The Heiser facility was clean, welcoming, and full of awesome automobiles. After three or four hours of narrowing down, I made my selection on an Avalanche, but then as I was walking in to make the purchase... I saw the hardly-used Camaro sitting to the side of the entryway. Two hours later, my business with Dave and Chris C. (who went over paperwork with me) was over and away I drove in my new sports car. I went back a few weeks later after I noticed a clicking under the hood, and the mechanics noticed a belt had slightly come off its track, fixed it without charge (considering I had just bought it), and gave it a nice wash all under 1 hour. In my 2 visits since May 2013, I drove away from Heiser quite literally with a big smile on my face. More
