Dave had to work a little hard, or wait a little longer on selling this second vehicle to us. We went in a couple of months ago, but the pricing didn't work out to a payment I could afford. Dave and Heiser management didn't push, just said they would be there when we were ready. This was a huge reason a couple of months later I contacted Dave and we closed the deal on the new vehicle. This experience plus the great customer service we get every time we take a vehicle in for service is why we won't go to another dealership. Special Thank you to Kristina who got us through the paperwork signing in a timely manner so I could get out in time to pick my child up from an event. Just another example of great customer service.
