We worked with Dave Snoddy and AJ Flores. Dave was wonderful as I was coming in with really a super vague idea of what we needed (3rd row seat SUV) and helping us to look at the options, both Dave was wonderful as I was coming in with really a super vague idea of what we needed (3rd row seat SUV) and helping us to look at the options, both new and used. He was upfront with all the discounts we were eligible for and very clear with what our end price was. As a female shopper who knows little to nothing about cars except how I drive them and what it feels like, I left feeling knowledgeable and able to continue my research. Dave was more than happy to work with me when I could via text/email since we aren't right down the street from the dealer. AJ took over when we decided what vehicle to purchase. He was able to pick up right where Dave left off (it was Dave's day off) so their teamwork together was really superb. We left with the vehicle we wanted, at what I think is a great deal, with wonderful customer service. We have previously used a family friend (who is now a retired dealer) for the last 4 vehicle purchases and I think we found a winner with Dave and AJ. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dave/AJ at Champion Chevy of Avon! More

All of the staff, were friendly and cooperative. I made my phone call, I asked to speak with my previous salesman, the receptionist patched me through to Mr. David Snoddy.
