The dealership was not honest or thorough about their cars. I was sold a car that was thought to be certified but I quickly discovered that the “certified” checklist was not followed and I was sold a pro cars. When I confronted the dealership about the problems, I was made to feel like I was a burden. I experienced employees gossiping about me and my situation. The only saving grace was fawad, another salesman- he made sure that I ended up with a quality car. He has a great sense of humor and patience. He is the only person I would recommend. More

I've had many issues with this dealership in the past while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". My registration was messed up and never fixed my while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". My registration was messed up and never fixed my this dealership. However it is close to where I live so I come here for service. They FINALLY hired someone with customer service skills who is attentive and knows how to communicate and her name is SOAMY MORALES! She was incredible and washed out the bad taste this dealership has given me in the past. While I will never go back to the sales department, I think I will only ever deal with Soamy going forward. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. She gets 5 stars but deserves waaaay more. More
