Not only were they super-helpful in helping me pick out a vehicle to fit my preference and feature requests, but they worked with my budget and patiently explained all options. A true breath of fresh air after visiting a few other very unprofessional dealerships who were persistent in forcing me into cars I wasn't interested in -- or even went as far as trying to convince me to buy a car or leave a deposit on something they didn't even have available for test driving. Volkswagen had every model on site. I became very interested in the Tiguan based on their recommendations and David and Angelo's knowledge of this vehicle was extraordinary. They were able to anticipate any questions/concerns I may have had and their vast knowledge made my ability to make such a big decision easy and seamless. After being introduced to everyone who would be involved in assisting me in the process, they sent me off with the car's catalog and a breakdown of pricing options to further decide. I returned the next afternoon to make my purchase. Overall I am beyond pleased and impressed with the professionalism & courtesy of David, Angelo and Nelson - who all made this a smooth and straightforward process!
