Good Neighbors! I changed the oil in my 2008 Nissan Titan and (260,000 miles) and noticed that I was getting a drip of oil in the filter area. This had been going on I changed the oil in my 2008 Nissan Titan and (260,000 miles) and noticed that I was getting a drip of oil in the filter area. This had been going on for some time, but I thought it was the filter that I was using. Long story short I went into the parts department to look at a diagram of the oil filter connection which it actually goes into an oil cooler. The parts department showed me the seal that goes on the back side of the oil cooler and suggested that that was the problem. Just to double check I asked David Stone in the Service Department and he said we just happen to have an Armada up on the rack, "let's go back and ask the Tech". The tech told me that the seal was the problem and what color it would be (old) and the the new one would look slightly different. I drive a Nissan for several reasons 1. Can't afford another Nissan right now. 2. Because the one I have has 260,000 miles and it keeps going. More

Not pushy Mark was great. Worked with us on what my wife was looking for. No settling for a maybe but exactly what she wanted and at the price she was wanting. Mark was great. Worked with us on what my wife was looking for. No settling for a maybe but exactly what she wanted and at the price she was wanting. Every need was met. Not pushy or trying to get her into a vehicle she didn't want or give up any extras. I would highly recommend mark, dave, and the staff at Newton Nissan of Gallatin. More

Terrible Customer Service I went to Newton with several issues with my vehicle. When I arrived, the guy that came to assist me appeared to be irritated. I brought my car on Sat I went to Newton with several issues with my vehicle. When I arrived, the guy that came to assist me appeared to be irritated. I brought my car on Saturday. He said we're full and can't take you. So I advise him that I had spoke with someone earlier in the week and was advised it would be fine to come in on Saturday with no appt but I didnt have a name. He walks off and doesnt say anything. That should have been my queue to leave but I didnt. He brings another guy out that is great, his name was David Stone. He was so friendly. I decided to leave my vehicle. He says we will work you in today so I agree. He calls at 3:50 (they close at 4) and tells me what he thinks is wrong with my car. I don't complain because I need it fixed. He promises to call first thing Monday morning and I hear nothing. I call him around noon on Monday. The secretary tells me they are working diligently on my vehicle and will have David call me back. At 4:30 I hear nothing so I call back and tell them to bring my car out front and I will pick it up when I get off because I couldn't wait that long. At this point, I hadn't even spoke with anyone regarding the issues for sure that were wrong, I advised the secretary that I wouldn't be paying a diagnostic fee and she agrees. We hang up and 1 minute later David calls. He says we identified one of the issues (my car was starting intermittently, pulling hard to the right and the check engine light was on). He says we have fixed the check engine light issue by changing the filter and flushing pipes (with no approval by me to fix these things). So I ask who is going to pay for this? He says I guess I will have to cover it. He also informs me that they are testing it now to see if it is out of alignment. So I say ok and hang up. He calls back and says it is out of alignment. I agree to allow them to fix that but still bring my car to the front. I ended up being charged 280.00 for "flushed pipes" and a changed filter that they did without me being in agreement. He also completed the alignment that still pulls to the right. The intermittent starting issue was not resolved either. He said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it but since I needed the vehicle they would call me the next day with the response from tech support (whom they had to reach out to and they were closed). I never received a call the next day. Someone from quality reached out to see how the experience was, when I sent the email advising Susan Smith how terrible the experience was she never responded. So I sent a response email inquiring if she was just "doing her job". I didnt get a response to that either. I plan to continue on my journey with Newton Nissan until their terrible service is reconciled. Good luck to those of you that decide to trust them. I wish I could provide no stars. This has been a nightmare. More

Service Work David Stone is the reason I keep coming back to Newton Nissan for service. He treats everyone like they are the most important person in the world to David Stone is the reason I keep coming back to Newton Nissan for service. He treats everyone like they are the most important person in the world to him. I brought my car in for service today and he was just as kind as he always is. It is a car that my 16 year old daughter drives and when David found that out he made sure she took one of his cards and told her that if she gets out somewhere and needs him to make sure that she doesn't hesitate to call him. Even though it is my car, when he was talking about the things that it needed he spoke directly to her. He explained the services it needed ( an air filter and battery terminals needed to be cleaned ) but he explained them in a way she understood as she is new to dealing with this. I thank David for his care and concern. He is honestly one in a million. More
