David Stone has been married to his wife, Kelli, for 30 years. They have two children, Zack and Samantha. David was raised in Bellbrook, Ohio. He enjoys spending his time in church, playing shooting sports, camping, and fishing. His favorite vehicle is his very own 2010 Nissan Titan PRO-4X. He has been in the auto industry for 19 years. He is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of The US Army and The USMC.

Currently fixing a tire pressure light issue Background: I have had my Sentra in 5 times now. Car is less than 5 years old, under 59K, and paid in full and IS still under warranty. Having deal Background: I have had my Sentra in 5 times now. Car is less than 5 years old, under 59K, and paid in full and IS still under warranty. Having dealt with Brad Bradshaw, Dalton Clark, David Stone, Ryan Martin and now Mitch Roberts about this issue, am in hopes for a final fix. I have spoken with David twice, Dalton twice, Ryan Martin once via phone call, and Mitch in person once and phone calls at least twice about the specific issues with my car. The first repair/attempt to fix had quite a few hiccups... I had asked for an oil change and new wipers and a plastic panel under the steering wheel to be reattached when I dropped off for checking of the main problem cause, it was already there and was not put on the ticket to be done! They tried to charge for the oil change (covered under warranty,shouldn't have been charged!) and I got NO sticker stating when my next change should be. After waiting another hour in lobby to do oil change, wipers they still had not reattached plastic panel (which David himself crawled into car to put back on)... While waiting in lobby I had just enough time to process the fact that I was verbally told by David that the radio had been "reprogrammed" this was never on the ticket, David was kind enough to HAND WRITE on my ticket this happened, which means it's not in their system. SO, all in all I didn't have use of my car for a week....for them to "reprogram" the radio, and not do 1/3 of what I had asked to be done. After first submitting this review (which does take a few days to post) I was contacted via phone by Ryan Martin in hopes of helping get my issues fixed. He left me feeling hopeful that it was possible to get the car fixed. I am still awaiting the final fix and am hopeful it can be done. Now that I feel we are at almost three weeks in and two loaner cars later and currently working with Mitch Roberts I may actually get my car back soon! Mitch has called multiple times to check in and let me know the progress and what has been tried and if it works or not. I may further edit this review when I can finally get my car back.... More

Service Department Exceeded my Expectations In 2014 we bought 2 Nissan Rouges. Within a year 1 of the cars had to have the transmission replaced. We were 9000 miles outside of warranty so the In 2014 we bought 2 Nissan Rouges. Within a year 1 of the cars had to have the transmission replaced. We were 9000 miles outside of warranty so the 3500 repair fell on us. Then it failed again. I became disgruntled with Nissan as whole. When the other Rogue transmission began to act up, a friend recommended Newton Nissan. I am extremely glad he did. David Stone in the service department took charge, repaired the car as promised, called when he was suppose to and was very professional. He did not know anything other than I had a previously bad experience with Nissan. He did not know to the extent. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone determined to buy a Nissan or if in need of a repair. I feel they would be treated well. I would tell them to ask for David Stone. He is fair and will treat you right. More

Friendly, efficient, helpful, and no pressure! The first time we came into Newton Nissan, Matt McSwain helped us. He has a sense of humor, he's down to earth, he's honest, and simply wants to help The first time we came into Newton Nissan, Matt McSwain helped us. He has a sense of humor, he's down to earth, he's honest, and simply wants to help everyone get into the vehicle they want and need. I've been working with Matt for over a year trying to get an NV Passenger in my family of 7. My wife didn't want it when it was time to upgrade her vehicle. So, when it came time to upgrade mine about a year later, I called Matt back up and we got everything setup. Matt has never pressured me, and always contacted me the way I wanted to be contacted. I didn't get random calls from other people at the dealership. Every time we have come in during this whole year process, Matt has always made sure we and the children were comfortable, and explained all the options that we might have in front of us. This time the options were almost perfect. We had to bring Justin in for some approvals, he got my wife to sign off on the deal, which sealed it for me. I already knew I wanted the NV Passenger van, Matt already had me the one I wanted ready to go. All in all I believe we were out of there in about 1.5 hours, part of that was because when I was all done before I left, Matt and I were just chatting. Matt made sure he put all the info in the GPS (home, etc). Showed me all the options in the vehicle even though it wasn't necessary for me. He took the time. Anthony Green did a great job signing the paperwork through finance. He was a pleasure to work with. Newton Nissan is great, and they do hire great personnel. I will if possible always buy ALL of my vehicles from Matt McSwain. Newton Nissan better not lose him, because I'll buy from him regardless of the dealership, even though Newton Nissan is also amazing! More
