David Stone has been married to his wife, Kelli, for 22 years. They have two children, Zack and Samantha. David was raised in Bellbrook, Ohio. He enjoys spending his time in church, playing shooting sports, camping, and fishing. His favorite vehicle is his very own 2010 Nissan Titan PRO-4X. He has been in the auto industry for 11 years. The reason I am giving this rating of 100+ is due to DAVID STONE. ANY and EVERY TIME I have needed any service or have had any questions DAVID STONE has ALWAYS had the knowledge and the answer! David is the most friendly, kind, polite, most understanding service Advisor (and person) I have ever dealt with,he explains everything in detail. David makes you feel like a family member the moment you pull into service, he always greets you at your car with a smile, and always ask " What can we do for you today?" "How are you"? David has more knowledge of my brand new Nissan than anyone I have encountered. I went in for an oil change today, however; David let me know that there were a few other issues of recalls that I was not aware of. He explained them, and had them rectified accordingly to Nissan's expectations. You will never find a Service Advisor who is always willing to help, explain, take the time with the customer and even walk them not only to the cashier, but back to their vehicle and always says, "Now if you need anything else or have any questions always feel free to call me or stop by"!!! I will always feel that my New Nissan is safe and taken care of, so long as it is in David Stones hands. This is a person who needs to be recognized for going over and above customer satisfaction with each and every person who pulls into service. Thank You David for making me feel safe on the road and as well for Always being a phone call away when I don't know what certain buttons are on my Nissan or how they work. This is one of many times I have had to go to David because I didn't understand many things with my Nissan and am still learning my new Nissan and all the electronic functions!! :) I have even had to call David from 3 states away because I don't understand something and he gives me the answer and walks me through whatever I need to do with all the functions and buttons. I have been coming here since 2007! If you want quality work this is the place. David Stone is the ONLY person I trust my car and my wife's car with. He is extremely knowledgeable and always polite. He helps my wife understand what is going on if she has any problems with her car. I never have to worry about her being lied to or told certain things to trick her to buy. We just had her car's oil change and she had questions about her brakes and he really did great explaining everything to her. I am getting my oil changed now. David always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience. The prices are always on par with competition so prices are not bad nor great. When competitors have specials Newton Nissan matches the price with printed verification of the sale. Waiting room is nice with snacks available. Entire place is clean and a pleasant place to wait for service to finish. Which is never too long. After coming here and only here for years I have never waited more than 30 min for an oil change. Have yet to talk to a rude associate here. Come to Newton Nissan for good service, deal with David Stone if you want SUPIOR and UNMATCHED service. More

I highly reccomend the Newton Nissan Service Department. I've always had a wonderful experience here with excellent and fast results. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is great! I am very pleased with all the guys in service including the service manager Kenny Medert. Another plus about this dealership is that they have a one to one rewards program where I can get some money back on my next visit. I have never had a bad visit to Newton Nissan of Gallatin and love it there! They never fail to have warm cookies sitting out and tea or coffee to eat and drink while watching cable while I wait on my car! More
