I bought a new Nissan Juke on August 13, 2011, and have had it serviced at Newton Nissan of Gallatin since then. Every experience has been a good one, and if I wasn't pleased the first time they never hes had it serviced at Newton Nissan of Gallatin since then. Newton is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. It is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me. When I walk in the door, Mr. Stone always calls me by name which makes me is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me. For this particular visit, David told me the service I had requested would take around an hour and a half to two hours. It took exactly that amount of time. I did rate "friendliness" as a 4 instead of a 5 because the receptionist I check out with was a young lady who did not smile at me . She was not at all rude but not what I would consider "friendly". More
