He also ensured we had a thorough knowledge of the functions of the vehicle before leaving. The truck detailing was not completed, so he personally took it to the detailer and explained what I requested. When I returned to Panama City (home), the truck needed some buffing to remove the residue from some old stickers, so I went to a local body shop. The body repair technician let me know that the entire right side of the truck had been damaged and repainted. Whoever painted it actually painted over one of the stickers. The damage was not disclosed during the sale of the truck. The Carfax report only stated there were some scratches. I spoke with David, and he seemed as surprised as I was. I find it difficult to believe that someone in their service department did not investigate the damage and disclose it to the sales team. We would purchase a vehicle from Palm Chevrolet (and David) again, but we will be far more careful when we check out the vehicle. More

I went on line before I went to dealership to look at used vehicles. When I got to the dealership the first person I met Ms Vi. Very pleasant and helpful lady. Very courteous. Greeted me when I walked in the door. I had never had that before at a dealership. She paged David and Lindsay. I looked at white 2025 Traverse. I went back a few days later because they had seen they were getting a blue 2026 with less than 3K miles. I test drove it and asked David to work the numbers. After going over the numbers he said they could get me in a 2026 new Traverse gray with blackout trim sports edition. I loved it when I saw it. And that’s the one I bought. It was a very easy experience. When I picked it up I got pictures with the team. And posted and tagged Palm Chevrolet on my Facebook page. VERY SATISFIED with the experience. No high pressure sales.
