Bought a car from them. $60,000 transaction. They promised to get car registered for me out of state. They screwed it up and won't even answer my calls. They hang up on me a $60,000 transaction. They promised to get car registered for me out of state. They screwed it up and won't even answer my calls. They hang up on me and nobody's willing to transfer me to a sr manager or owner. A total disgrace of an operation and now I can't drive my car because the temporary tags have expired and their answer is "not sure what I we can do about it". I know own a $60,000 paper weight. Stay as far from them and the entire key auto family as possible More

I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of service and professionalism provided by David and Nancy at Key Hyundai in Salem, New Hampshire. We were initially concerned about transparency and th service and professionalism provided by David and Nancy at Key Hyundai in Salem, New Hampshire. We were initially concerned about transparency and the possibility of high-pressure sales tactics, but David and Nancy assured us there would be no headaches and no games — and they absolutely delivered on that promise. The entire process, from beginning to end, was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. There were no gimmicks, no unnecessary delays, no bait-and-switch tactics, and no pushy sales pitches. Just honest, respectful, and professional service throughout. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10 experience. More
