The representative did not explain all the things “wrong” with my car. I looked at the sheet he put on the counter near me and noticed the word “fail” next to several systems that were checked on the car. T with my car. Mr. Taub was helpful. What bothered me, however, was the length of time the service took. If I had known at the beginning that I would have to spend 3.5 hours in the waiting room, I would have gone home and length of time the service took.
