Kevin in service was awesome! However, there needs to be more communication throughout the dealership- no one seemed to be on the same page and they “couldn’t find” my info 3 sepa However, there needs to be more communication throughout the dealership- no one seemed to be on the same page and they “couldn’t find” my info 3 separate times nor did they seem to know what I was talking about. They did get my car done quickly and did a next day appointment which was great! More

We were told we needed an oil change even though we had just changed it a month earlier with minimal driving. We then had our battery die two weeks later even though the dealer said it was in good cond just changed it a month earlier with minimal driving. We then had our battery die two weeks later even though the dealer said it was in good condition. Should be covered under warranty but now working to get reimbursed by Honda because we needed to get it changed where it was dead. More

I've been coming here for years and the last 4 times, one of the employees named David ,is always rude and short with me because I only get oil changes and sometimes tire rotation done with them. Also the l of the employees named David ,is always rude and short with me because I only get oil changes and sometimes tire rotation done with them. Also the last 2 times my car was done he purposely took his time with the paperwork to make me wait longer. I walked out to see what the hold up was, and him and a couple other employees were standing around chit chatting and one said "sshhh" as I walked in and they stopped talking . Very rude and disrespectful all because I can't afford to have them do any other work on my car except oil change when I receive a coupon in the mail. It's such a shame. I'm no longer coming to this location, that was my last straw. So unprofessional. More
