BEWARE of this DEALERSHIP! And Especially CLAYTON FLYNN I went there to purchase a 2013 Lincoln Navigator this past weekend My salesperson was Dave Tucker. He worked wi And Especially CLAYTON FLYNN I went there to purchase a 2013 Lincoln Navigator this past weekend My salesperson was Dave Tucker. He worked with me great the whole time. He called me in Orlando on Monday morning as he said he would when paperwork was ready and the deal was done. I started driving back...and I got another call from Dave ..this time with his boss RYAN on speakerphone just to Verify that I was 100% in in this deal. To which I replied YES...100%. When I arrived at Kelly Ford Shortly thereafter ... Dave said come inside and let's get the paperwork finished ...they were trying to sell it to a Cash Buyer. I said I will be right in and was getting my stuff out of my car and as I started walki gin Dave called me and said .. I'm Sooo Sorry. They sold it to the Cash Buyer. I went up to the Front desk and asked CLAYTON FLYNN what's going on? I'm here to finish my paperwork on the Navigator. Dave said you guys sold it to someone else? He said Yes we did. The other person had Cash and you didn't have a deal for yet so that was our decision. I said how do you do that to a Customer ? I definately had a deal? I was working with your salesman Dave Tucker. CLAYTON said "Well it's just Business!" I then asked him to please get Dave on the Phone. CLAYTON said "You can call him he's mad at me" I said what?? I then looked at the GSM Eric Frechette and asked him did you make this decision? And are you good with this Eric? Aren't you the GSM? AND then CLAYTON said " I MADE THE DECISION and threw his hands in the air and just smurked at me. I said THATS BAD BUSINESS ! I then reached out to the owner (TIM KELLY who said he would make some calls and call me back. He never did. I went back up to the dealership today and tried to talk to the owner but he wasn't there. He called me and said ..well the Car is Sold and I'm sorry for the lack of communication or whatever took place. I asked him if he spoke to Dave (my salesman) he said I didn't get to talk to Dave?? He then offered to give me some credit if I wanted to bring my car for repairs ?? I told him I would not be doing business with him EVER again unless He was willing to Financially reimburse me for 5 days of wasted time and Gas as well as the Stress on me and my family AND the fact that they Ran MY CREDIT and got me approved for a Truck that they literally decided to sell to someone else for cash at the last minute? He is yet to respond back to me. And what makes this ALL EVEN WORSE.. is that I am Personal Friends with SEVERAL other managers and Employees at this dealership. So if this is how they treat Friends ,I sure wouldn't want to be a stranger walking in off the street! Don't take my word for it. Dave Tucker was my sales guy. CLAYTON took the Same away from him too. If YOI are reading THIS and considering going here to buy a CAR. AVOID CLAYTON unless you have CASH!! cause it's only Business! Probably better going to ANYONE else in Brevard besides here More

Dave Tucker is a great asset to Kelly Ford. On 7/21/22, Dave helped me configure the Ford Maverick 23 model and gave me important information on the options picked for the Maverick. The Maverick was supposed to be a six month wait but Ford was able to get my Maverick built within 3 months. In November of 2021 I ordered two brand new broncos! I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome! In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was comp I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome! In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was complete. I checked a few times on the status of the order and was told that I'm in line. 6 months later, I brought my Bronco in for service (one of the six things on the Bronco was corrected, still waiting for service to get back to me about the others ) I checked on the order I was told there was never an order placed. After going back and fourth with the dealer and Ford itself (who simply said, it was a mistake from the dealer. There's nothing we can do), I agreed to buy the lightning they had in stock for $10,000 more than one I had ordered. Kelly Ford is not interested in long-term loyalty. Instead, they're interested in making the most they can off of the vehicles they have. I understand it's a tough market, but unless Kelly Ford does something to attempt to remedy the situation, I will take my business elsewhere. More
