I think one of the most important things about my experience at dealership is that I felt so respected and treated with dignity. We were at another dealership right before we came to this one and we experience at dealership is that I felt so respected and treated with dignity. We were at another dealership right before we came to this one and we ended up walking out of that deal because we were treated so poorly. This dealership Did an outstanding job, and I always felt respected and treated well through every step of the process. They were transparent about everything, and I never felt that they were trying to sneak in extras without telling me. At the first dealership we went to, they definitely tried to sneak in a $3000 service package without telling me. The only reason I was able to figure it out was because I knew approximately what the payment should be and it was off. At Cedar Park, they didn’t try to do that at all. I even did end up buying a service package at Cedar Park, but not because they tried to sneak one in. But because they presented it in a way that I felt was acceptable. Everything about the dealership was centered on making me feel welcomed and valued. From the moment I got out of the car, there were people who greeted me at the door. Everyone took their time to explain everything, and I felt like they were transparent and honest every step of the interaction. I can’t recommend them enough. I would absolutely buy another car from the dealership in a heartbeat. More

Jesse made my car buying experience the best I've ever had! We went from randomly stopping by and finding the vehicle of our dreams, to Jesse staying close to management to be the first to find out when had! We went from randomly stopping by and finding the vehicle of our dreams, to Jesse staying close to management to be the first to find out when it's available to be sold, to us signing for the car in less than 24 hrs from when we first stopped by. The personal attention, the constant communication, no pressure and being felt like I had an advocate for what was best for us. Great experience!!!!! More

What a fantastic Dealership. Never have I seen a more friendly store. Staff was eager to help me purchase the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. Toyota of Cedar Park has a terrific team in Josh and Donovan! I just moved to Austin two weeks ago and my son moved here about nine months ago so we really didn’t know the area. However, Josh patientl Donovan! I just moved to Austin two weeks ago and my son moved here about nine months ago so we really didn’t know the area. However, Josh patiently talked us through the directions and reassured us it was o.k. getting there at 6:45. When we got there, we met Donovan who took me on my 1st RAV4 test drive. He knew my focus was on safety so though he touched on other perks, he emphasized the safety features. He was enthusiastic,(you could tell he loved what he was doing) and patient with all our questions. He was also patient and understanding throughout the negotiations on the sale price. To top it all off, he and Josh took the time to actually drive my new car to me after it was detailed! Kudos to Toyota of Cedar Park for being smart enough to recognize such talent and dedication in these two fine young men. More
