An enjoyable car buying experience! I had a specific situation; a bad lease that I needed to get out of. I was given great attention from Lexis at the start, who showed me the "product" I had a specific situation; a bad lease that I needed to get out of. I was given great attention from Lexis at the start, who showed me the "product" offerings. She was very accommodating. Next it was Chris, who explained my options. Chris was willing to negotiate further even after I had given up. I got a brand new car on my terms. I wasn't talked into another bad deal. Finally, I met with David to discuss the money. David explained everything and made it simple. He went out of his way to finalize the deal and make sure that I got everything I wanted before driving away in my new car. He even programmed my Bluetooth! The sales director, "Mr. Upright" took a few minutes to come out and introduce himself as well. Great group of people to deal with. I will be back! More
