I went to the dealership lot just to look I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Nielson, David Watts, Nicolette Glaspey of Toyota of North Charlotte. I went to the dealership lot just to look and not necessarily buy but the price was too good to let it pass. Daniel and Nicolette both were very patient, knowledgeable about the vehicle that my family and I were interested in. It was late in the evening when we arrived and they stayed until after 10:30 pm to make sure everything was to my satisfactory. (Thank You) This was a very different experience for me, at no time did I feel pressured by anyone at this dealership. I told them what I wanted to do and they did their part to make sure it did. Steve has a genuine concern for the buyer's perspective and we appreciate the guidance he has provided. While the paperwork is a royal pain, David Watts in Finance took a lot of the sting out of it. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient in the process. This is why we continue to be loyal customers. It's the people that make the dealership what it is. More

Chris Wickson was most helpful and transparent in the financial discussions and seemed the most willing of all the dealerships I contacted to make a deal that worked for both of us. The deal was made and agreed upon over the phone without a visit. The next day when my wife, daughter and myself arrived to pick up the car everyone was prepared for our visit. Chris was there and very gracious. Victoria Seacrest was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the features and operations of our new car. She was very knowledgeable of all the features and did a great job in explaining them in a way that we understood. David Watts was very helpful in concluding all the paperwork promptly and correctly and also helped acclimate us to the vehicle and it's features. David also has been diligent in following up with us a couple of days later to make sure everything is perfect and we are satisfied with everything. I have purchased many cars in my life and this has been the best experience ever. More
