Excellent as usual We are new to Honda. We have only had Fords and Nissans in the last 30 years. I have never felt like an old friend at any dealership in all of those y We are new to Honda. We are even so impressed with the communication with the service department. I have been voting for Lou Sobh Honda everyday for new car and service for Best of Forsyth 2017 since it started and will continue until it ends! More

Fast Friendly Service Justin Britt the Service Adviser did extremely well with getting the service work completed on my new 2016 Civic. I came in at 3pm on Tuesday and it Justin Britt the Service Adviser did extremely well with getting the service work completed on my new 2016 Civic. I came in at 3pm on Tuesday and it was very busy, however Justin gave me fast service and a time estimate of 1hr 30 minutes. Over all he beat the time by 5 minutes and was very polite in forming me of services completed and the prices for each thing done. Again i want to thank Lou Sobh Honda and the tech team for being fast and getting me in and out same day without any issues. More

Repairs to a used car (2007 Honda Accord) I had numerous problems with this vehicle, it seems primarily because the previous owner did not observe proper maintenance. Dave and the team were able to address the various issues I had with the car until finally determining faulty maintenance observance have put the car in such an unknown state as to every day is an adventure. Based on the team's expert advice, I was able to address the problem by replacing the vehicle. More
