Awesome Service Department! I always enjoy pulling into the service area and seeing my name light up on the schedule board! Lol I appreciate that this dealership is so organize I always enjoy pulling into the service area and seeing my name light up on the schedule board! Lol I appreciate that this dealership is so organized. They don't let customers fall through the cracks sitting in the waiting area forgotten like some other dealerships do. Their service personnel have always kept me updated if extra time is needed and give me a complete explanation of what was done to my car. In the past 2 years I have gotten to know Tala Sar who is one of the service department specialists. Tala has been nothing put kind, courteous and extremely helpful especially when I had some electrical issues early on. He really took an interest in my car and made sure that the problem was corrected. I would also like to mention Sales Manager Reza Moshiri. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and Reza is by far, the most honest, sincere car sales person I have ever worked with. Cars cost a lot of money these days, and he made it happen for me by working with my budget. I almost thought that I was taking advantage of him because her worked so hard to get me in the car I wanted. Thank you Reza! More

Minor warranty issue resolved quickly. Had a minor warranty issue that required a part order. After the part came in I stopped in just to schedule the actual repair. Excellent experience! I came in for new tires and an oil change. The tire prices were competitive and the service, as always, was impeccable. Bonnie made the whole experience so easy - she made sure the tires were in stock, set up the appointment at my convenience and explained the breakdown of charges. The service itself was done quickly and I was totally satisfied with the alignment. My Honda feels just like it did new! I have never had my cars serviced at a dealer in the past, but since buying my car from Lou Sobh. I've been back every time. Very clean, well run shop and I continue to get excellent service at good prices. There is no reason to take my car anywhere else. I have been warmly greeted each ti.e I've been in. Also, each member of the service staff has taken a genuine I test in my experience and sought to make sure I was satisfied. On an earlier visit, I had a tire blowout and limped to the shop on my rim. Even though it was 5 million utes before closing, Heather helped me out and had me on my way in no time. She had a smile the whole time! Tala always greets me when I come in whether he's personally helping me or not and he always makes me feel like I'm his most important Customer. David has also been on the floor and checking in with me at every visit. I don't remember a shop anywhere that I've had the service manager do that! Thank you for an excellent experience! More
