Excellent experience! I came in for new tires and an oil change. The tire prices were competitive and the service, as always, was impeccable. Bonnie made the whole experience so easy - she made sure the tires were in stock, set up the appointment at my convenience and explained the breakdown of charges. The service itself was done quickly and I was totally satisfied with the alignment. My Honda feels just like it did new! I have never had my cars serviced at a dealer in the past, but since buying my car from Lou Sobh. I've been back every time. Very clean, well run shop and I continue to get excellent service at good prices. There is no reason to take my car anywhere else. I have been warmly greeted each ti.e I've been in. Also, each member of the service staff has taken a genuine I test in my experience and sought to make sure I was satisfied. On an earlier visit, I had a tire blowout and limped to the shop on my rim. Even though it was 5 million utes before closing, Heather helped me out and had me on my way in no time. She had a smile the whole time! Tala always greets me when I come in whether he's personally helping me or not and he always makes me feel like I'm his most important Customer. David has also been on the floor and checking in with me at every visit. I don't remember a shop anywhere that I've had the service manager do that! Thank you for an excellent experience! More

I only had to wait an hour for my vehicle but I was productive during that hour thanks to their courtesy shuttle driver taking me where I needed to go. Heather is an excellent service advisor!!! She always takes care of me and explains everything in detail about what was done. They are all outstanding at Lou Sobh ! More
