Bonnie made the whole experience so easy - she made sure the tires were in stock, set up the appointment at my convenience and explained the breakdown of charges. The service itself was done quickly and I was totally satisfied with the alignment. My Honda feels just like it did new! I have never had my cars serviced at a dealer in the past, but since buying my car from Lou Sobh. I've been back every time. Very clean, well run shop and I continue to get excellent service at good prices. There is no reason to take my car anywhere else. I have been warmly greeted each ti.e I've been in. Also, each member of the service staff has taken a genuine I test in my experience and sought to make sure I was satisfied. On an earlier visit, I had a tire blowout and limped to the shop on my rim. Even though it was 5 million utes before closing, Heather helped me out and had me on my way in no time. She had a smile the whole time! Tala always greets me when I come in whether he's personally helping me or not and he always makes me feel like I'm his most important Customer. David has also been on the floor and checking in with me at every visit. I don't remember a shop anywhere that I've had the service manager do that! Thank you for an excellent experience! More

They have a courtesy shuttle that will take you to run your errands while you wait for your car. I only had to wait an hour for my vehicle but I was productive during that hour thanks to their courtesy shuttle driver taking me where I needed to go. Heather is an excellent service advisor!!! She always takes care of me and explains everything in detail about what was done. They are all outstanding at Lou Sobh ! More

Surprise Service While I was gone on vacation my adult son borrowed my car. He called me after two weeks to say the battery was dead. I told him to take it to Lou Sobh While I was gone on vacation my adult son borrowed my car. He called me after two weeks to say the battery was dead. I told him to take it to Lou Sobh Cumming and let them check it out. He suggested it would be quicker (for him) to just go to Auto Zone and let them install a new one. I emphasized that I "always" use the dealer for all my automobile servicing and that he should go to the dealer as I suggested. He reported to me later that the dealer (Service Advisor Bonnie) had checked out the battery and it was indeed dead and needed to be replaced. She found that it was covered by the dealer warranty so we received a new battery from Honda. Thank you More
