They have a passion for excellence and are truly service-oriented, customer advocates. I have owned two Honda vehicles so far, and one of them I purchased from Lou Sobh Honda fairly recently. One of the reasons I had decided to purchase another Honda was because of the excellent service I had gotten in past years from Lou Sobh, but this recent incident put them on a level that far surpassed all other service departments. I was involved in an accident- My Honda was struck by another vehicle and I had the "repair" done by a local body shop (ABRA). A few months after the repair was completed, I took my car to Heather at Lou Sobh for a routine maintenance and alignment. She discovered a plethora of problems that were extremely dangerous and would definitely have resulted in me having a fatal accident if I had continued driving my vehicle in its state of disrepair. The other auto shop had put some after-market parts on my car that were not even designed to go on minivans, the brake line was not connected to one of the wheels, the front-end steering was about to fail and my wheel was about to fly off because the bolt had not been placed to hold it on the rod--a fatal accident waiting to happen. Chris Toomer, the service technician, was kind enough to put my car on the rack and show me the issues that needed to be addressed with detailed explanations. He has 15 years of experience servicing cars and his knowledge of auto mechanics really showed. I felt comfortable having my vehicle in his capable hands. Heather worked very hard filing an insurance supplement and getting the ball rolling for me to have these repairs done properly. It took a full week for her and the manager David, to complete the process, which involved having multiple conversations with the insurance claims rep (who was NOT on my side), and pulling records from the other body shop that had done the initial "repair", in order to get me back into a safe vehicle in working order. Heather was kind enough to give me a Honda Courtesy car during this entire process. They made the whole process seamless; Furthermore, I did not have to miss any work, as Heather picked up my car from my office early in the morning before starting her workday! Again, I am greatly appreciative to Heather, David, and everyone who played a role in my vehicle repair, and dealings with an extremely difficult insurance claims rep. It is comforting to know that there are still a few people in the world like her and the great folks at Lou Sobh, who are honest and care about their customers, and about doing the right thing for them. I have always been pleased with the customer service at Lou Sobh Honda, but this recent issue with my car and the way Heather, David and the staff under his great management handled my repair, from the initial diagnostics to fruition, more than exceeded my expectations! The honesty, integrity and true customer service that the Lou Sobh service department exemplifies is the main reason that I will continue to buy Hondas from Lou Sobh in the future. More

I really think it Honda’s way, I was on vacation in Florida over the summer, got a screw in my tire. I first went to tires plus and the want to sell me a new tire, right the bat. Not even the same one I had. I left and found the closest Honda dealership, drive in they were friendly and wanted to help. They said they would take a look at it,if they could fix it it would be $15.00 if they couldn’t they would come talk to me. I made myself comfortable with a drink they gave me and a snack. A shot time later the gentleman came out and said they fixed my tire. I paid and was on my way. When I was driving home I noticed a different sticker on my window. I checked my oil maintenance screen,when I left for Florida I was at 70% oil life. I was at 100%. I was so impressed😊 That just goes to Honda is pretty amazing in customer service! I work in customer service too. Lou Sobh,Honda is the best! More
