I had never purchased a car without seeing it first. But my salesman sent me a video of everything showing all the parts of the car. It was like being there in person. So, I felt very comfortable. He also had the car transported to me in Nevada on my own scheduling needs. David and the Certified Benz & Beemer staff made me feel very important as a customer.
