David Winters is a trained negotiator when coming to an agreement on the vehicle price (Out the door). Contacted General Manager on the last day of December to close the deal. 2023 CPO Subaru Forester agreement on the vehicle price (Out the door). Contacted General Manager on the last day of December to close the deal. 2023 CPO Subaru Forester at 16,000 miles was spotless on the outside, clean and detailed in the inside. Fluids were topped off. David was kind and friendly. He explained the process and the paperworks to complete the sale. Business manager was friendly and knowledgeable. He was respectful when we declined the extended warranty. I highly recommend Annapolis Subaru for the outstanding sales and service. The entire staff was wonderful and easy to deal with. Of the eight dealerships that I have bought vehicles in the past years, Annapolis is in the top two, after Mercedes Benz. Thank you Annapolis Subaru. More

This was my first time working with a subaru dealer. David was not only super responsive with communication, he was great with making suggestions for vehicles that fit the things and the price range I David was not only super responsive with communication, he was great with making suggestions for vehicles that fit the things and the price range I was looking for. The other sales staff were all super attentive.. I highly recommend!!!! There was a few plus with the sound system in the car and after a few false starts the service dept was able to start the process of replacing the sound system to 'fix' the plm. Hoping the remainder of my interactions with this service desk are as good as this one!!! More
