Upon entering the showroom, we were met by David Yang who showed us the Honda CRV which was on our list of SUVs we were interested in. David showed us the features, we went on a test drive, and we decided that the CRV would be a good choice, but we wanted to look at small SUVs from other companies also. After looking at several competing vehicles we returned to Herb Chambers to buy the Honda CRV. The dealership did a great job of having the car ready to drive away the following day. Both during the initial visit, and later during vehicle pickup, David did a great job of showing the Honda CRV features and explaining those that were not present on cars when we last purchased a Honda Civic 8 years ago. More

Initially, I told David I was on a fact finding mission and had NO interest in buying a new car. At the end of a lengthy visit, I left with all that I wanted to know and more. He respected my decision, gave me his card and wished me well. When I returned the next day, David walked me through the process and I am now the proud owner of a 2017 CRV-EX with so many safety features, I feel like all I need to do is steer. Positive and Professional This August my wife Marie and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Civic with the very professional assistance of David Yang. Within the past ten years, this This August my wife Marie and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Civic with the very professional assistance of David Yang. Within the past ten years, this was the third Honda purchased at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and it was the second purchased with David's help. We had an appointment early in the morning and David was interested in our selection of a Civic and the Model we were interested in test driving. Throughout our discussions, he was very courteous and focused on each of our questions and was very direct and to the point with his answers. We went for a test drive and David became an excellent teacher, taking time to go over each important detail, pausing to direct our attention to features that were not familiar to us, i.e. push button start, and camera assist-both side and back. When we returned to his desk an agreement was reached and David took care of everything for us. That same afternoon David brought us to the car and again instructed my wife and I on each of the following - safety, ease of handling, and the many driver friendly features. Amazingly, we were able to purchase our new 2017 Honda Civic in the morning and drive away in our new car the very same afternoon! All because of the courteous Professionalism of David Yang. I want to thank David Yang, for handling and helping me trade in my car and purchase a new car from him. My circumstance was a bit complicated due to certain personal limitations and other factors. It provided the dealership an opportunity to really show their strength in customer service and willing to satisfy my needs as well as gain my confidence. They did this by coming together over multiple teams and David's ability to pull in the right resources at the right time. Manager, Chris Fasano got involved and helped me with some concerns and provided me with the necessary options and confidence to move forward. Finance, Toan Lam provided a "no pressure" more factual approach and provided me with some very fair and reasonable options during the paperwork sign process. Thank you David, Toan and Chris for pulling together and helping me purchase and Abby Hermanson for helping when i returned for some post-purchase service needs.
