I can't say enough about the customer service I received when purchasing a new truck. I was greeted by Sarah. At first, I was hesitant because she was young, but as I told her what I was looking for, she wa when purchasing a new truck. I was greeted by Sarah. She brought each vehicle we considered to the front lot so we were not walking all around the lot. She listened to my feedback and brought only those vehicles that fit my needs. Davis (her manager) was also very friendly and interactive. This was the best car/truck buying experience I have ever had. When I picked up my new truck. They had a red ribbon on it and most importantly, a FULL tank of gas! I would highly recommend Beaver Toyota. More

Car salesman, Leo was very friendly. The process was fast except for the waiting process for the detailing of the car. Waited 2 hours to find out that it was not properly detailed. Several marks on the vehicle weren't buffed out, smelt like a wet dog was in the SUV, interior and exterior of the SUV was not cleaned. Smudges, handprints all over. When the manager came to talk to me, he stated that this was an oversight and that this vehicle did not get the 5-hour detail that all vehicles get prior to going out to the lot for sale. I am going to leave it at that. I am supposed to get my vehicle back that I traded in and the check that I fully paid for. Hopefully Beaver Toyota will do something to make this up to me. First time at this dealership and I was very disappointed with my experience. More
