Kyle was knowledgeable about where used vehicles were located since I had a specific truck in mind. We went directly to the back located the truck and within 5 minutes was test driving the vehicle. I knew in advance what KBB had priced similar vehicles and what competing dealers such as Carvana were asking. Beaver's price was below those sellers so the price wasn't an issue. My trade was 25+ years old so the trade in value was more sentimental than actual value. The final step was bringing back my wife to verify she could get in and out since the new truck rides higher than the trade in vehicle. Kyle arranged to have the truck filled with gas, detailed and ready for my wife as soon as the dealership opened. As soon as she saw the condition of the truck inside and out as well as her ability to get in and out without any issues the sale was initiated. Kyle provided a tour of the dealership as the finance department prepared the documents and I was amazed as the size of the service area as well as the perks that came with the Beaver Benefits program.
