Service Department Excellence Called and asked for a LOF and tire rotation for a 2020 Lincoln Navigator and was told that probably couldn't get it done that day. I mentioned that I would try the Ford dealer in Oconomowoc. The Ford dealer told me two to three weeks was the best he could do. Then, out of the blue, the service department called me, offered to come pick up my vehicle, leave a loaner, and return the car that afternoon. The dealers representative promptly picked up our vehicle, left us a new Lincoln as a loaner, and returned our car after a few hours...WASHED !!! Outstanding service by Gordie Boucher. More
