Two new vehicles in a row. Both lemons. I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about the problem and they have no solution yet. 8 months into the lease I went back to see if they had a solution yet, and they did not. I asked them to get me out of the vehicle and they said they couldn't. Until a couple weeks later when they said they needed to sell a truck and they could help me now. I was put in a new Dodge Ram. It was leased in the evening. The next morning I inspected the body to make sure there were no defects. I found that they had buffed through the clear coat and a dent in the bed. Also multiple areas.of the paint had dirt in it. I have had to go back to the dealer for body repairs on average every other week for over a year. IT'S STILL NOT FIXED! While I've had the truck all of the coolant hoses have been replaced due to an additive that reacts with the rubber on the hoses. It smelled like a dead animal. They broke a vacuum line while doing that repair and i.had to go back again. Multiple occasions the reverse camera stopped working. Then I had a friend of mine look at the paperwork for the lease and he said I had $4,000.00 rolled over from the Jeep that I didn't notice. Please read all document closely. Buyers beware of David Dodge. More

SERVICE LOST AND SERVICE REGAINED Good afternoon David Dodge; It is with extreme pleasure that I address this to you. I have owned and serviced three different Chrysler or Dodge Good afternoon David Dodge; It is with extreme pleasure that I address this to you. I have owned and serviced three different Chrysler or Dodge vans since moving to Delaware which have been serviced at your dealership over the past 14 years. We purchased several years ago a used 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan from your dealership. The car has been into your service facility over the years for oil changes and of course necessary repairs from time to time. Most every time we have been very pleased with the service and repairs without question. We have dealt with Dawn a couple of times even at the purchase time and she has always been the best to care for the difficulties. We have come to feel a cemented relationship with whomever we dealt with. Last year we became very displeased with the service attitude and manner in which our problem was addressed and never really saw a resolution of the problem. We had then decided that we would find another service facility for our needs. However this May we had a difficult problem with the car and the service station did not find the problem, so we decided to try your dealership once more. We are glad we did. We met Dana Violi (service advisor) at appointment time and what a difference she made. From arrival to completion she personally saw to it that the diagnosis and repair was done properly. The experience definitely redeemed your dealership in our mind. Dana and the service mechanic (un-named) are the true face of your dealership for the future in our mind. We will do our best to recommend her (Dana Violi) and David Dodge to anyone who is looking for excellence in service. More

Best experience ever I really needed expert help in deciding on a new car. I wanted space for 3 rows and that limits the field. The Pacifica was just the perfect answer. The best dealership around Dawn was the first friendly face that greeted me as I entered the dealership and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She then brought Ed B. over and introduced him and he was my salesman. I also dealt with Chris in finance who was equally as friendly and helpful. I've never experienced a dealership who treated you like family the second you entered the door and went above and beyond. I returned after my purchase in early December to bring them all holiday gifts because they couldn't do enough for me and I wanted them to all know I truly appreciated my experience and will refer everyone I know to this dealership, always. More

I am not easy to satisfy -BUT the following people not only provided me with a great deal - they treated me like family. they were in touch with me all along the way. the following people are aces to me. Jerry DiSrefano great guy true gentleman, Melissa Haas-internet sales kept me advised of deals, and always asked what she could do for me. Ed Belonga really nice person enjoyed the conversations with him,He knew the vehicle and gave me a great narrative as to its workings and advised that I can call or come to the agency at anytime to go over any questions. Chris in finance true professional. Dawn Hopson- cannot say enough about what she did for me. they made my visits to the dealership a pleasure. I had been using them for service on my previous car and I am glad I did, if you need a car go to David Dodge and look up the above! More
