Overall DeMarko just made it easy, I knew what I wanted and he didn’t make it complicated. Never felt like I had to haggle and DeMarko was very transparent with the process. Untruthful. Pushy. Deceiving. Abrasive. Once we stood up for ourselves and wouldn’t finance 18,000 for 6 years at 600 a month the customer service went out the w Pushy. Deceiving. Abrasive. Once we stood up for ourselves and wouldn’t finance 18,000 for 6 years at 600 a month the customer service went out the window. We ended up financing for 5 years at almost half the price. They will not walk you through the app that you have to buy with the car. They will not take off the OPTIONAL key protection plus. And you’ll pay 3x the normal amount for ceramic tint. More
