Helpful and accommodating Dean Hovis and the rest at Machens I had called Mr. Hovis to ask about the service record on a van that he was selling. We talked for a bit and he asked specifically the vehicle in whi I had called Mr. Hovis to ask about the service record on a van that he was selling. He told me that van had just been sold to someone from San Francisco, but that he would keep my number just in case anything came up. The very next morning he called to let me know that the van was available. We worked out al of the details in the next fifteen minutes, over the phone. He FedEx-ed the paperwork which I signed and returned with a check, and the following Saturday two gentlemen arrived at my door with the van. It couldn't have been easier if I had bought it from Amazon.com. More
