I've been leasing Hondas for over 15 years. The last 3 leases I've tried to keep my money and purchasing local. Shop local right? Impossible with First Honda Simi. It's insane the difference in monthly payments for the same vehicle, like I said they don't like selling cars and are so tight - they're impossible to work with. JOHAN is rude and thinks I'm stupid. Treated my husband differently years ago but I'm a woman so I'm sure that's why. My car is worth $31,000 on the low end up to $36,000 and I own 27,000. 2022 with 12,000 miles in excellent condition on top of it. Johan is trying to tell me I have no equity in my car and also giving me price on a car thousand more than what's listed right on the website. Insulting !!! Treating me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm doing leasing a car- or the value of what I have! He started with no equity $3000 down $575 a month and now he emailed me $3500 down for $595 a month. What a freaking joke! It just keeps getting worse I WILL NEVER SHOP SIMI. Treating people with deceptive practices, lying, scamming and treating women like they're stupid and don't know how to lease a car. Insulting !! Years ago with Marlon and Bobby were there it was different, it was wonderful to work with them and I got a few leases there. Never again.. 3rd lease trying this time and I won't be back. Zabi is the best salesman of anything I've ever worked with. He does his absolute best to get the best deal possible for his customers. He is also a genuinely wonderful guy. Dean the sales manager is also very reasonable and doesn't play games or try to trick you into anything like some sales managers. Paul (finance manager) is very very slow and made an otherwise excellent experience end poorly to the point I wanted to leave ASAP. He is not terribly friendly and like I said VERY slow. If you want a Honda, Zabi is your man! He is absolutely exceptional in every way. Just pray you get Ozzy as your finance manager instead. More
