The dealership is located in the community that I live in. From our very first visit to the dealership we found everyone to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Our sales consultant, Johann David, was incredible. As perspective buyers of a new vehicle, not once did we feel rushed or pressured. Johann even met us at the dealership on a scheduled day off to assist us in our purchase. First Honda should be extremely proud to have a representative of their dealership like Johann. We had the opportunity to meet the sales manager, Dean Quashen. He went out of his way to finalize our purchase from 1ST HONDA. I would certainly recommend First Honda to everyone! More

First Honda of Simi Valley is exceptional! No other Honda dealership comes close. My family has been customers of First Honda Simi Valley on numerous car deals spanning decades, and we keep co No other Honda dealership comes close. My family has been customers of First Honda Simi Valley on numerous car deals spanning decades, and we keep coming back for more! We travel a good distance (we don't live in Simi) to patronize this particular family-owned Honda dealership because they are worth it. Bottom line - they pride themselves on the customer leaving happy - whatever it takes. They don't play games and there are no surprises. When you arrive, you are not pounced upon by aggressive salespeople. Just the opposite - you are greeted like a friend and listened to. The "car salesperson" stereotype does not exist here. If you didn't know you were talking to a salesperson, you wouldn't know. Honestly. If I described First Honda Simi Valley with one word - it would be INTEGRITY. Thanks to the team of Dean Quashen and Albert Rodriguez who were genuine, honest, and made my Miracle Deal a reality. We love everything about our new Honda. More
