Honest and straightforward I initially was apprehensive about going to Alexandria, Volkwagen after hearing reviews from friends and coworkers. Some friends indicating the servic I initially was apprehensive about going to Alexandria, Volkwagen after hearing reviews from friends and coworkers. Some friends indicating the service was terrible and the salespeople were rude. For this reason, I didn't bother making an appointment. After visiting several dealerships in the area, my boyfriend and I decided to swing on over to Alexandria, despite the reviews. We were introduced to Dean Reyes as our salesmen. We test drove a CPO 2016 Tiguan with all the fancy gadgets that I was looking for in a compact SUV (i.e. leather interior, back up camera, blue tooth enabled). When I was ready to start the process of purchasing the vehicle, Dean prefaced the negotiation by explaining that Alexandria VW has a little/no haggle policy around their CPO price (I also observed this with another VW dealer on the Beltway). Given that the price was competitive and within my budget, I didn't want to pass the offer. Throughout the experience, Dean answered all our questions genuinely. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and love my Tiguan! More

Dean Reyes is a great salesman not so the finance manager Dean is a totally honest and helpful salesman: the best I’ve ever worked with. My only negative is my surprise when I was told that I didn’t qualif Dean is a totally honest and helpful salesman: the best I’ve ever worked with. My only negative is my surprise when I was told that I didn’t qualify for the 1.99% financing and would have to take 2.99%. I immediately showed them through my bank app that my credit rating was indeed above the minimum requirement and the finance manager’s response was to give me a rate of 2.49%. Seriously? Are they that deceitful and dishonest? Bottom line: read your contract and know your financial info More
