Dean helped me right away when I came in. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes for my car which was getting an oil change and tire rotation. Never received inspection report after service, responded to text asking if there was an issue and never got a reply. I have gotten 3 texts asking me for a good rating but can’t get a reply to my text about to text asking if there was an issue and never got a reply. I have gotten 3 texts asking me for a good rating but can’t get a reply to my text about the inspection report? Very disorganized service department in my opinion. Why do you send a text asking if I was happy and then ignore it? I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. Very disappointing. More
