Before visiting this dealership, my family and I had gone to other private dealerships before since they offered used cars at prices that seemed almos Before visiting this dealership, my family and I had gone to other private dealerships before since they offered used cars at prices that seemed almost too good to be true, however there was a reason why their cars were so cheap. They often had damage that wasn’t really shown in the images. Some dealerships also didn’t stay true to their price and cheated their customers. But Audi Ontario really didn’t hide anything and stayed true to their online price instead of the price that was placed on the window of the car (it was a $1000 difference). Ian Smith also helped with all our questions on the background by showing us the full history of the car fax which really influenced our final decision. Their service staff’s attitude really did reflect their luxurious dealership. More

Leo Cano is extremely professional and personable. He really took his time in explaining the models available at the dealership and was honest in his delivery of information. Even after the sale of my 2019 Audi S4, he continued to reach out to me and made sure everything was working properly. For instance, he helped me reset my previous Audi Connect account and set up a new one for the S4. I highly recommend Leo Cano to lead you in the car-buying process. Dean Vetricek was also very helpful in financing; he thoroughly explained the Eckbond process and explained how to get refunded for Audi Care on my previous vehicle. More

I can't think of that many events that are as daunting as buying a new car but Jhovan at Audi Ontario made it as easy and painless as shopping at the I can't think of that many events that are as daunting as buying a new car but Jhovan at Audi Ontario made it as easy and painless as shopping at the supermarket! I had called or visited about 4 other dealers looking for someone to order the car I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to wait. The other dealers tried to sell me cars they had on the lot and lost interest when I told them what I wanted to order. Jhovan was more than willing to order the car I wanted at a price I wanted too. He was a very straight shooter, never misrepresented anything, and was a no pressure sales person. Overall, Jhovan was a joy to work with. We stayed in touch with me through the whole process, could answer all my questions, and was a great representative for Audi. I've purchased cars before, but this was my first and only joyful experience buying a new car. I will recommend Audi Ontario and Jhovan to everyone looking for an Audi. I drove past numerous Audi dealers just to do business with him and I'll do it again when the time comes. Thanks Jhovan! More
